I'm not proud of it, but I did.  I ate alright coming in around 1900cals. I'm going to start trying to eat a bit more protein and less carbs.  I have fooled around with my nutrition enough to know I work best and feel best with a slightly higher intake of protein and a little less carbs as well as lower fat.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I did end up doing Week 4 Day 1 of &lt;a href="http://www.c25k.com"&gt;Couch to 5K&lt;/a&gt;.  It kicked my ass!  But to be honest, the past few weeks I've been trying to run/do a step class at least three days a week and that must have helped.  I didn't feel like death until I walked up the steps to the house.  It works out to be about 2 miles or just shy of 3 km in about 30 minutes. The Glutes issue and Fitness were for me and Men's Health, was for the boyfriend.
