The Plan/Magazines



I love magazines!!! The Glutes issue and Fitness were for me and Men's Health, was for the boyfriend. But with Kellan Lutz on the cover it was for me too!



Goals are the best way to stay on track.

I bought a new supplementary issue of Oxygen magazine Glutes edition.

And now I am going to do all the butt, legs and back exercises in here along with my normal workout plan. I'm also going to up my cardio and eat a (little) less ice cream!

As for the food in my tummy so far today:
1/2 cup Kamut Puffs
1/4 cup All Bran Flakes
1/2 cup Light Silk
1/4 cup Pinehedge Farms Organic Light Kefir
1/2-1 tsp each:
Maca
Hulled hemp seeds
Ground Flax
Cinnamon

Lunch:
Two slices spelt bread, couple tablespoons spicy hummus, spinach and tomatoes.




I also ate for snacks:
Some cucumber slices (say 10-12) with spicy hummus.
An organic valencia orange (mmmmm!)
3 scrambled egg whites!
Coffee with splash of soy...
And a 90 calorie pack of quacker rice cake things.

Edit: That is approximately 840 calories. My goal is 1500-1800!
