Motivation

Today I lazed around. I'm not proud of it, but I did. I ate alright coming in around 1900cals. I'm going to start trying to eat a bit more protein and less carbs. I have fooled around with my nutrition enough to know I work best and feel best with a slightly higher intake of protein and a little less carbs as well as lower fat.

I did end up doing Week 4 Day 1 of Couch to 5K. It kicked my ass! But to be honest, the past few weeks I've been trying to run/do a step class at least three days a week and that must have helped. I didn't feel like death until I walked up the steps to the house. It works out to be about 2 miles or just shy of 3 km in about 30 minutes. I'd like to get down to a 10minute mile by the end of the C25k, that is what the goal is at least.

Mini Goals:
-10 minute mile.
-Hit 130lbs by the end of August.
-Lift much heavier weights!
